Wierd event when rerieving emails

I was pulling down my emails as usual this morning and up popped a very strange message. Some googling yielded no info. So I did ctrl-alt-del and ended the program because I wasn't sure if I should click it. What do you guys think?

Just to update what I had to do was log in to my ISP's website and on there they have an account management option where you can dump whatever is on the mail server. I think it was all spam so I did it and everything is back to normal.
