wierd error when overclocking

hi,


i have a 3400+ w/ chaintech znf3-150 mobo and when i try 2 change the FSB on the reset it gives me an error saying:

Warning! Your runing in Safe mode
Please re-setting the CPU in the CMOS

then it gives me the option to continue or go into my bios

but when i continue and it goes into windows my fsb hasnt changed and everything is still at stock speeds?
