Wierd CPU temp changes..

This is so wierd, i was at home last week, ambient on via hardware monitor was 30C both places. At home the CPU temp was 52C now i move to school and its 55C, i'm thinking of clocking down already... Anyone know what this could be?
 
crap now it crashes in counterstrike at 904. Guess i have to clock down to 800. Sucks, anyone know what this could be , my heatsink compound dried up?
