Wierd bootup device selection on a GF4 Ti4400

I'm having this really wierd problem when I boot up my PC while it's cold. It won't select my monitor on startup, yet right when windows comes on it auto detects my monitor and flips on.

The link to my PC stats are in my sig, and I want to know what I should try.

Could the drivers be messed up or something wrong with the bios? Other than this, I have no problems with the card.
