Here is my system:
T-Bird 1.2 @1466
MSI K7T 266 Pro 2-U
256mb PC2100
Visiontek Geforce 3 (210/500) 23.11 drivers

Quake 3 everything maxed @ 1024x768 I am only getting 127fps, and cannot get above it. What is odd Is at the same settings but at 1600x1200 I get 104fps. Is this normal?
