wierd beaviour of windows 2000 server

Hi there

I have installed 3 windows 2000 servers in three different labs. Each network has its seperate and has its own server. They were working pretty well with win 2000 prof clients. I just switched the clients to win xp lately at all the 3 locations. By the way all the 3 locations have domains.
With XP nodes, it takes more than 5 minutes to connect to the domain users. And its happening at each location.

I am not running any heavy application on servers. It is just serving as DHCP server and maintains user accounts of the lab.

Has anyone faced similar problem? Win 2000 Advanced server and WIN XP workstations.

Please help

Thanks

Do you mean it takes five minutes for a domain user account to logon to the machine?
Check your DNS.
