Wierd Arrow in Application Titlebar

I'm running Windows XP and recently updated my graphics drivers (Mobile Intel 4 Series on a Dell Latitude E5500). Now when a window is not maximized, I see this arrow icon in the titlebar. Clicking it seems to move the window off to the right side of the screen but then I can no longer see it and have to close and re-open it.

Anyone know what this is and how to remove it? I looked through my graphics settings but did not see an option for it.

Huh, yeah disabling the second monitor fixes it. But I am actually using a second monitor with this laptop so I suppose I'll just have to live with it. Kinda strange though, I'm almost positive it wasn't there until I installed the latest drivers.

This guy has the same problem but it appears there is no solution yet. :|

New drivers almost always come with extra "features". If you don't like those features I'm sure there is a way to install just the driver without any other additional functionality.

Oh, and wrong forum.
