Wierd Alarm

My computer suddenly gave me this weird alarm sound when I tried to turn it on. Now the processer works, and the motherboard works, they just dont work with each other. the test mobo/cpu are same models and everything. Any ideas?

Alternating tone beeping similar to a european emergency vehicle indicates an alarm by the hardware monitoring section of the BIOS. Turn all the functions off to silence the alarm and turn them back on one at a time to find the culprit.

Well, this is the second time this has happned. What do you mean by "turn off all the functions?" And I hope I fixed this, I ugraded to a 800MHz PIII
