Question Widget Launcher startup error - Windows 10 Pro 22H2 64 bit

When Windows 10 22H2 64-bit starts desktop (I update the entire Windows system and also all apps from the Microsoft Store), Widget Launcher also got updated from an older version to the latest one from Microsoft Store “Weather” widget from Widget Launcher, and Widget Launcher is normally enabled in startup. In theory it starts correctly, because after the Windows desktop loads, the Widget Launcher icon appears in the system tray — but only for a few seconds, and then the icon automatically disappears. To make the “Weather” widget appear, I have to type shell:AppsFolder in Windows Explorer and drag the Widget Launcher icon to the desktop or to the Start menu taskbar. After every desktop load, I have to click this icon for Widget Launcher to appear on the desktop. I went into app settings, selected Widget Launcher from the list of apps, and reset its settings — the result is the same. I uninstalled Widget Launcher and reinstalled it — and the result is still the same.
