Widescreen

I have a infocus 4805 projector which is widescreen. Can windows fit into widescreen, as in if i have a widescreen movie playing in WMP will it show up just as a normal widescreen dvd would? Also can all games be played in widescreen?

The projector should be also able to format the image to standard 4x3. If it can only show widescreen, then the images will be stretched and laterally distorted.

yes windows can fit into widescreen with the the correct resolution.
