widescreen dvi resolutions... please help...

well i have widescreen digital/ analog flat panel.


anyways, with analog, i get widescreen resolutions fine (specifically 1280x768 and 1280x720). nvidia detonator 44.03 drivers on an mx440 8x agp.


anyways i got a dvi cable, and plugged it all in. now i lose all the widescreen resolutions. i have tried power strip and rivatuner and neither can add back my 2 widescreen resolutions.


anyone know how to fix this?

Try going to display properties advanced adapter and click list all modes.

it doesnt show the widescreen modes there unless its on analog. it is very odd.

This may work it'll tell you what to put in the registry for custom res and refresh.
