It seems like they're using multiple different sites and charging 49.95 every few weeks

One that was automatically reversed by CHASE is from IEPTCS.com
CHASE didn't catch the charges on my card from jrincsupport.com

Check your statements starting from June 2014.

High probability (90%+) they got my card numbers from hacking of Target.
 
Call and they'll cut your current card and send it back. I love Amex. Somehow my card got fraud charges 3-4 times over the years but they catch it and notify me before I even realize it.
 
They should really add a bit at the end of the lords prayer about not getting scammed on oyur CC it would help in situations like this.
