This is my hardware:
Q8300@3.5ghz (1.32v)
Hd 5850@850mhz xfx
1 hd sata
1 dvd
ASUS P5e3 deluxe
 
yeah any quality 500w-600w will be more than enough. Go with corsair, antec or seasonic and you will be fine.
