Wich Motherboard for a E6420?!?

Hi guys i am building a new system, with a E6420. I am looking a good /stable nice overclockable motherboard, and it must fully support RAID 0, (have read some have probs). For the cooler i choose a thermalright 120 , so i am aiming for the highest o/c possible, and i am not gonna use SLI etc. S wich motherboard fits me? I had first the Gigabyte 965p-DS3P in mind (since it got the ICH8R, wich should support RAID, but heared there many probs there. So any Ideas? Heared the new intel p35 chips are out any one knows more about it?

If you are not going to do SLI I would take a look at the AT review of the EVGA nForce 650i Ultra. From what I understand it will be awhile before budget P35 boards are around.

hello m8 thnx for ur reply, does the Asus P5B Deluxe got a stable Vcore rail? ( i mean no vdroop) etc + is the northbridge getting hot on this board @ O/c , if so do i need to replace the NorthbrigdHeatsink or cool it?
