the 2400 seems to be a better/more stable overclock, but i could be wrong since i don't follow amd anymore.

I vote for the 2600+ mobile with the steppings IQYHA. Excaliberpc.com sells the mobile chips with gauranteed steppings.

As far as the original choices, I haven't heard anything about OCing a 2200+, so I'd say the 2400+.

EDIT: Bah, you've already got a 2600+. What are you doing-downgrading? Thats a pretty steep cost spread between the 2200+ & 2400+

this is for my second machine it will run stock maybe a wee bit fast.
so im going for the lower rated one as i bet they are really identicle and the 2200 would have been a 2400 or better
