Hello,
I have some problem iwth my wifi speed on brand new ipod touch 5th generation.
So the connection is always below 1MB and it should be like 7MB.
I conected my PC via wireless to test it aswell.
And on PC it can easily get up to 7MB, but on ipod touch 5th generation as I said, below 1MB ...

I'm suing WRT160N v2 router.

What could be wrong?

What IOS version do you have on the IPOD? Slow wireless is a known issue with many devices on IOS 6.0. Version 6.0.1 was released specifically to deal with that problem.

I have iOS 6.1 now and still same problem.

idk if that would be NIC problem.

In school we have Wi-Fi called "eduroam". I get best resaults with my iPod all the time. So the problem remain in my house routers only ... have no idea what could be wrong, that wirelesly conected PC always work perfectly fine, and the iPod works badly :\
