Wi-Fi Signal Strength Program/Tool

Are there any programs or tools out there to measure my Wi-Fi signal strength either in percentage or bars? If so, can anyone shoot me some recommendations? Thanks in advance!

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (Just throwing this in here just in case)

It is not an issue of programs, it more of an issue of the Wireless cards (radios).

Regular Wireless cards are not design to provide the needed outputs to yield a real accurate measure of Wirteless signal. As an example, cards do not provide the output needed to measure Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) which one of most important component to evaluate the Wireless signal.

This free program is as good as it gets with the regular End-users cards.
