Wi-Fi/GSM Phone

Has anyone ever seen or tested such a phone? The idea is to have only 1 wireless phone that will automatically switch you from a Wi-fi IP Telephony network to a celular one. In the office you use VoIP, outside GSM.

You'd have to get one of the Pocket PC style phones. In the UK we have the XDA and XDA2 which are GSM and Pocket PC. Add a wifi SDIO card and you would be good to go.
