Why's my RMA been sitting at pending for 5 days?

I RMA'd my hard drive (WD 60 gigger) and issued the RMA on the 5th of january. USPS got the drive to them on the 14th of january, and here I sit, those bastards still haven't sent out my 60 gig hard drive. I think if you take enough time to send in yours, the least they could do is try to hurry along and get you a working drive 🙁

 
Hehe poor Paulson ,my friend RMA`d his Maxtor and got a replacement within 3 days now that`s service 😉.
 
You will prob get the drive before that page is ever updated😉
