why was your COMPLAINT thread posted in a HOT DEAL forum locked.

maybe cause it isn't a hot deal?

As far as a contact number, you might want to try looking at the pricewatch site, they list a number for z-buy. It's not a toll free number, but at least it's a number. Z-buy has been getting some mixed reviews. My personal experience with them has been good, but others have had problems. Try this link; z-buy. Upper left. It's a support number, but you might give it a try. There's a fax number also. HTH
