Just a comment I wanted to make in regards to registering a bike like this.

Each state has its own rules and requirements to register a motorcycle. Some are very lax on what's required and there are multiple states where you'd have no trouble getting a street legal title for this bike. Then once that happens you're set for almost any state when the title is transferred.
