I remember a race at Monaco where the "winner" started celebrating but he hadn't crossed the finish line yet and got passed.

I remember that too. It wasn't F1 though, it was one of the junior series. I think it was a year or two ago.
 
Mark Martin was about to win a race under caution one time when he pulled off the track early and gave the win away.
