Just wondering, my school is having an internship fair next week and I saw US Dept of Commerce on there. Thats probly the only organization that I am interested in. How come they are hiring interns in Canada? Weird eh?

Someone in Commerce thinks we've already annexed Canada, even though it's not scheduled until April.

They need people who speak "Canadian" to translate it to English, that's what it's aboot, eh. ;)

The recruiters just felt like a vacation trip to Canada

They know Canadian women are hot, they're hiring for the special kind of "interns."

Maybe they need knowledge of the Canadian side of things... kind of like how maybe a foreign company might hire an American-trained lawyer.

w3rd. A few people I know from highschool that had gone to U of T had jobs before they even graduated. At the time I thought they were sell outs so to speak, but I'm happy for them in any case.
