Why would somebody have their large dog sitting in car all day while at work?

No different than a police dog. They are usually trapped in a car most of the day. I always felt sorry for the dogs, especially in the summer.

This is not true at all. Also they are never left without a/c.

Maybe your police are different there.

so im chilling in my car and this guy pulls up to work at 9:49 and gets out of his car and totally stopped and glared at his dog before continuing inside the building
