He wouldn't? I've never had a dog make it past puppyhood that can't not piss and shit all over my house... Have you ever heard of training your dog?
What planet do you live on?

The planet where I don't allow my dog to shit all over the place? Apparently, someplace you've never heard of.
I had a friend whose dog would leak - maybe a teaspoon or two of urine - any time they met a stranger. It was a submissiveness thing, and had nothing to do with the dog being housebroken. They kept a roll of paper towels by the front door.
I don't think it's particularly uncommon.

Because they are derp.
Call the cops on the car. Animal cruelty.

had to take it fast and discrete for obvious reasons

Obvious reasons being "drove around in my car for a few hours looking for a car with a dog in it to prove my ridiculous story on the internet."

You should not leave your dog in the car all day. We all know that it gets pretty hot in a car over time. Over a very short period of time on warm days. I don't really have a problem with them being confined - it's like keeping them in a crate at home. However, they can cause much more damage in a car if they freak out and you have to worry about people breaking your window or calling the police (as they should).
