Why would Bosch Spark Plugs not be good for Toyota engines??????

Had a guy tell me they're fine for VW's, but not for Toyotas. I just had to laugh.

Ya, I'm just waitin' for a good answer. I'm sure Bosch would love to hear how their spark plugs just aren't right for Toyota engines.

Generally you want to use a plug from the same country or something. VW's + audis like bosch, toyota, mitsubishi, etc like NGK's, Denso, i dont know. Lol something like that. Its because Toyotas use NGK's stock(I believe) and generally you stay with the same mfg.

But i do have Bosch's in my Dodge stealth, and its doing fine lol.

I don't use them in mine because the ones that are actually rated to handle the higher compression because of the turbo are more expensive than the NGK's, which are what the owner's manual reccomends.

Bosch are mediocre overall, regardless of engine make.

They suck... PERIOD!

I had to replace a set after one year, because my engine started to miss. Motorcraft Platinums fixed the problem, which has never returned. Bosch had a guarantee at the time, which I took them up on. Had to send old plugs back to them, which they "lost". Called and bitched a couple times, and they sent me my money. Last time I'll ever buy their shlt.

Many Mitsubishi's are made in USA...a few miles from my home in fact.
