I've been sitting here at work all day long trying to nef only to have our proxy server blow up and have several other general network issues. I took a stroll down the hall and noticed several ladders strewn about and several ceiling panels removed, along with rolls of some sort of conduit/cable.
Then it hit me - they announced a bit ago that AT&T was going to be installing signal boosters in the building do fix apparent poor reception our building has. That must be what they're doing. So it's THESE asshats that are screwing with my ability to nef properly today! Jerks.
