Why Work Saturdays?

I woke up at 07:15 this morning for work and realised that Saturdays are meant for not working 🙁. Work on a helpdesk and it's dead on saturdays. Like one call an hour between 3 of us.

I wouldn't mind, but I have had about 3 hrs sleep and have a hangover, plus I hate working weekends. Want a 9 - 5 🙁

Thinking about tutoring innercity kids. Pays off my workstudy(DEAR GOD DO I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT PRONTO) and might get me some extra money...

if i work Saturady its Overtime!!

i want to work every other saturday./

no overtime for us lately, 🙁 like since April

or are you "Salary"?

i have a friend who was working on '"salary" she was working 60-70 hour weeks,
and sometimes more,she was getting $300 a week,so it was like $5.00 per hour or less.
after 2 months she told the place;either pay me $500 per week,or $8.00
per hour.
they told her Nope,so she quit.
salary= slave labor to me, really bums,when a place can force you to work like that. 🙁

I am hourly paid to sit on my butt looking at the net and advise people how to fix their it stuff. kinda boring, but pays the bills. Is about $10 an hour, but get stinged for tax a gooden.

No overtime over here unfortunately. 🙁 would be like $15 an hour.
