Why won't new bios changes take effect?????

i downloaded the new bios for my 8K3A+. Its suppose to allow better overclocking and more than 75c shutdown temperature. But after i flash it (everything goes smooth)..i dont see any 75C shutdown temperature..everything is like before..even the overclock is just as before. For some reason the new bios wont take effect, eventhough it flashs fine...i dont get it

any help will be appreciated

even SiSoft Sandra says i need to look for bios update 🙁
 
a dumb question for ya...did you flash your bios after you downloaded it? 😀 you only mention about downloading it...

yes i flashed it . I tried both the Alt+F2 method and the bootable floppy method, but neither show any changes in the actual bios ;/
