why won't my motherboard come out?

upgrading my 4 year old HP 746N into an HTPC server. I got the case and am in the process of swapping the parts out but I cannot get the motherboard out. I have taken out all the screws and as far as i can tell there is nothing holding the MB to the case....

but it won't come out. When i left up the edges of the motherboard it seems like they are stuck where the screws initially where. Do I need to use more force? Is this common? What can I do?

How many screws did you remove? Have someone else look at it...you may have missed one. Another pair of eyes will sometimes pick this up. Ask me haow I know!

update: Mobo is out!

I guess it was just a little bit stuck on the pads.

New problem though:
My old case (the one that originally came with this computer) had a power/HDDled/reset dongle that attached to the board in one molded piece onto a set of pins. My new case has individual molds for the power, hdd led, reset, and +P led and -P led. I am not sure what order they go in and which pins they go onto. Is there somewhere that can tell me this?

okay, found the manual for the mobo and figured out the pin outs (i think)

I wired it all up and my mobo does not post. The lights on the front of the case (for power and HDD) light up and the mobo just makes a long beep followed by two short ones. Not sure what to make of that!?

Any ideas?

found out the one long two short beeps means a possible video error

not sure why that is happening? Everything seems to be plugged in correcty?

Pull your video card out there might be some junk blocking one of the contacts in the expansion slot. or the powers not hooked up to the card.
