Why won't my BIOS show up on my KT7 Pro 2a

I can't get my BIOS to show up on my KT7 Pro2a. When I hit "Delete" to enter setup, the screen goes black and I have a "Blinking" cursor in the top left hand corner. Whats funny, is that windows loads, I get a desktop and everything works fine; however, I CAN NOT enter my bios, setup to change the settings. I even tried flashing the BIOS to another version and I get the same thing. Anyone else had this? Any suggestions?
 
I just replaced a K7-Pro with a K7T-Pro-2A and noticed that sometimes I get that. I solved it by just tapping hell out of the delete key right after the HIT DEL TO RUN SETUP pops up on the screen. Have noticed it boots slower than the K7-Pro
