Why won't electric FI work?

I know those pool pump things that they advertise as an 'electric turbocharger' won't work... but why wouldn't a super high speed efficient fan work ?

I assume you mean an axial fan... they flow lots of air but with low pressure.

It takes a lot of air to make a noticable difference, more than a dinky fan can provide

1000 CFM @ 20PSI if you want to get to a Vortech V trim level, The big blowers get insane numbers from there.
