Why won`t my Power Supply work....

I just upgraded my OS to win 95 and my new FSP Canon 2000 watt Power supply will not work.....
Maybe I need to plug it in??
Perhaps I need to use an older power supply?
Maybe my new power supply is not compatable with my OS??

Yeah, ask @bobbobbob , he knows tech. Maybe you need more Faraday Shielding around the proximitron capacitor.
