why why why hasn't PC Canada.com shipped my stuff yet?

I ordered it last night and I got an email today saying that the billing info on my order was incorrect. I am supposed to re-order. I re-order at 11:00 am. Does it really take 4 hours to pick out 4 items, put it in a box and stick a label on it?
