I don't know what i did wrong in this thread. Was it just a post that didn't belong in L&R or did i mess up in some other way?

sounds more like an off-topic thread than a L&R thread
when you were wondering how you did with her, did you mean as in how you did insulting? or how you did trying to get in a relationship with her?

Well, i guess it probably didn't have anything to do with it. I must have posted in the wrong forum.

How do i know whether something is more L&R related or if its better suited for OT?

well if it involves love and/or wanting a relationship, you should probably post it in L&R
and if it doesn't have to do with those 2 subjects, you should probably post it in OT

Oh, so i guess in my case where i was asking how i did overall, i should have taken it to OT?
Because that was what i was asking, because i was thinking that the girl may have been testing me.

well if it does pertain to you wanting to know about her liking you and stuff - I guess that it does belong in L&R

I'm pretty sure that the OP intended the locked thread as a "so how did I do in coming on to this girl?" thread. I know it's hard enough to believe that somebody would misunderstand the need to be "an alpha male" that much that it doesn't even come across that way, but this is the guy that originated "stance of dominance". In fact, I checked out his posting history just just because I figured he had to be a troll (which is how I got here). Now he just seems like a sheltered, christian raised, rich kid. I can see how an upbringing like that could lead to that much naivety.

BTW Mosh, he's 18 in March.

Note to OP: Being "dominant" is NOT the same thing as being an ass.

Just going by what he wrote, it was an entire post about how immature he acted. He's welcome to try again, and present the question in the proper context of L&R. :p

Obviously not old enough to be posting here. 13+

I'm 17, 18 in march

yeah right....lolol

I think he actually is, given his repeated questions and anxiety about attending parties. He just seems to have a very limited ability to guage social situations and respond appropriately. To his credit he's looking for help and advice (even if it is from here.)

But we don't give advice, we give suggestions for behavior that furthers our amusement.
