The link in the thread is a referral link. You end up at BargainOutfitters, but the link actually points to DansDeals (http://www.dansdeals.com/gateway.asp?url=8379).

Since the username of the OP is alaskadan, maybe they assumed that the owner of DansDeals.com and alaskadan are one and the same?
