Why was this e-mail filtered as bulk mail?

I was testing a coppermine photo gallery setup and so I sent myself an e-mail, I checked my e-mail account and didn't see it so I checked the junk mail folder and I found it. Why did this get filtered? Is there something I can do so it doesn't get filtered in the future from all accounts without setting a spam rule on my e-mail?

2. What's the email like?
3. What did you use to train the filter?

Even WITH all the details, it could be very difficult to determine.
