My post here was locked..

I don't see why so many were offended..

Maybe it wasn't funny.. I thought it was.

Anyways, after comparing that pic to others posted in off topic, I'm clueless as to what is grounds
for a lock and what isn't..

Any clarification availabe ?

The picture that was linked was extremely offensive to any who might be suffering from a physical disability. Anandtech will not be a party to such distasteful displays of callousness to placate the humor of a few disturbed individuals.

I found it amusing, I wonder if the people that were offended didn't realize who the person is.

Im not offended, but I have no idea who the person is......

People are finicky when it comes to being offended by stupid stuff, everybody has to whine about something.

I wasn't offended, I just thought it was a poor way to try to make a joke of Hawkin's.

I wasn't referring to your reply. Seemed yo be in a joking manner to me.

Mainly, I'm talkin about the dude who said I should be banned and the fact that it was locked.

And, I wasn't dissin Hawkins or trying to make fun of him.. He's just the first person I though of
for the smart bomb satire. The thread was actually a parady of someone elses barrage of military pic
threads

First off, that picture isn't even funny. How is an old guy (I'm assuming Hawkins, don't know who he is) attached to a missle supposed to be funny? It's a little distasteful
