Why was the excel question locked and my partial solution removed?

The OP had some structure problems and I provided the following:

=IF((AND(0,1,1)),(IF(B10, "True", "False")),(IF(B11, 1, 0)))

He also wanted to incorporate an OR statement of "ABC", "DEF" with the results above which I didn't understand but am curious to see.

Why was that thread locked and results removed?

Wrong forum. I like that the mods remove answers to questions in the wrong forum. That'll learn em. :laugh:
