I have some regulars who never tipped me because I guess they dont like it when they see me driving around in a 2002 Acura Type-S or they are just Jerks. I guess they don't realize I am paying for that car by working as a delivery boy .. well not totally true... I could pay it off by working at McDonalds but whatever.

Well those who didn't tip I would write their names down. This one kid would always order from me and never tipped and smile at me like it was funny and well I just got sick of it because I always brought his food 10 min after he made the call so I added some special toppings to his food and I shaked the damn bottle of pepsi till my arms couldn't shake anymore.

I delivered to this rich family and they ordered 5 pizzas and I didnt get a tip and on the way out guess where my key went.. on their brand new BMW X5.

I also delivered to a church 30 pizzas and the total was $32.83 and they gave me $40.00 I am walking out and the girl ask for $7 in change back. I was so pissed off I wait for a minute and I pull the stinking fire alarm and their little party was ruined.

This one couple invites me inside their house and the wife has the nerves to tell her husband to only give me a nickle and I throw it in his face and I drop the pizza and I am a big guy and he is trying to go at it with me and I push him out of my way and get back into my car and I do carry a knife in my pocket for emergency situations. Did my boss care? No and I dont really care if he cares or not.. I "accidently" dropped his pizza. Of course I had to bring them another pizza that they got for free and I just rang their doorbell and left it there with my special toppings. Why did I do this? RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC and they lived on the tip of the map where delivery guys go which is 15-20 minutes away. THAT IS FAR when you have 3 other orders in the car with you on a busy Friday night.

I also hate it when people do not understand that on a busy Friday/Saturday night your pizza might be late. Is it our fault? Hell NO. Traffic.. sometimes when we go to the store the pizzas have been sitting for 45min-1hour. It is not our fault. Blame management for not hiring more drivers and being cheap about it. We do the best we can driving like crazy people to get the pizzas there.

By the way I dont really care if I get fired and I hate a-holes so I will be one right back to them.

Call them and ask why the loan was denied. They has to give you a specific reason why it was not granted. My guess is that your GF has pretty bad credit report. Co-signers do not necessarily guarrantee approval, moreso if your credit report is not that great either.

Incidentally, you can request that bank to provide you with the credit report that they used to evaluate the denial.

She has no credit. She only has a $200 credit card and was rejected from a Discovery Card she applied for. She also has a problem with lying and told them exactly how much she makes a year. I told her to put double the amount because they would have no idea, but the "lord" is watching... WHATEVER.

not smart! my brother told my to inflate my income for an amex card, and I was rejected! Probably fvcked up my score as well, so NEVER do that!

I thought they had no idea how much money you make?

Did you get one of those pre-approved pre-selected amex letters in the mail? I heard that just because it is pre-approved or pre-selected doesn't mean you will qualify for it.

no, that was me calling up amex and just applying- will not do that again, until I have established some decent credit. Also they know how much you make, but that doesn't include unreported and such, but they check your bank accounts.

I can promise you that American Express does not check your bank accounts, nor do they have access to your Pay Stubs or W-2 unless you give them that information. That being said, be honest when answering the question. If you live at home with your parents and it asks for household income, then feel free to add their income to yours. If it asks for personal income then be honest there as well. The bad advice and myths in credit threads completely baffle me.

Mill, do you think that rejection from Amex hurt my credit? How much do you figure?

I think Mill is right about this. I've heard it before as well.
Did it hurt my credit that I was rejected for this loan even though I was a co-signer?

Just the inquiry will hurt.

Right, because a 10 second search is 'digging up'.

Maybe you should go be street smart and learn to live in the world.

Odd. I got approved for a Best Buy card right out of college (got a % off on my purchase for signing up, never used the dang thing). I was unemployed at the time and put my yearly income as the $6,000 I'd earned that fiscal year in the college job I'd just left. They approved me for a $3,500 credit line.

My habit is actually to report net income and not gross on a credit card application. I feel it's more accurate for the company.

Wether I made up my story or not is up for you to decide. I could careless. I don't see how that story makes me seem like I have a life anyways. But what it did was make you and countless others questions wether or not they should tip next time.

He was pointing out that you're a moron with no control of the English language... but that clearly went over your head.

You can insult me all you want. You are another person who remembers everything I've said.

I understand his point moron. I said OK. I have no time to argue with someone left and right about nothing. You think you are smart mugs but you aren't. You don't know it all like you think you do.

Last time I checked it doesn't make someone a moron if they lack English skills, but I guess that is how your brain thinks.
