I am not the moderator who locked it, but it looks like a judgment call. Two reasons one of us would have done so are that the question is better suited for the Technical Support forum, and it was already well answered.

The General Hardware forum is for General Hardware. In the locking mod's opinion, your post did not pertain to hardware.
