how come shipping a 30 pound speaker set cost me $11 ups ground from va to Oklahoma but shipping 2 items that weighed together less than a pound from the ups store via ups ground to other locations within virginia cost me $21?

When you go to the UPS Store you are basically paying fee for a store owner that is using his UPS Account
