Why two power connectors (HD and FDD) on DFI nF4 Ultra board?

Anyone know what these are for? Do they help power graphics cards?

Do these stand in the the 6-pin PCIe connector I sometimes see on new power supplies (like the Seasonic S12)?

I think they are supposed to provide power to the floppy (fdd) and one hard drive (hd type) if you have the right cables instead of using the cables of the psu itself.i havent used my mobo yet since i wait for my video card to come so if someone could confirm this, that would be great.

anybody find out what those extra connectors are for? they look like you plug them into the p/s but don't wan to do that and fry the board....

found what they are used for:

"The HDD-type and FDD-type power connectors are additional
power connectors. If you are using two graphics cards, we
recommend that you plug power cables from your power supply
unit into the two 5V/12V power connectors. This will provide more
stability to the entire system. The system board will still work even if
the additional power connectors are not connected."

this is from the full manual located here

its recommended you use them even if your not running SLI. that power helps stabilize the whole board.
