Why the Sci-Fi channels sucks. Reason number 11,758

So the Sci-Fi channel decides to show reruns of the show Threshold which lasted about 2 months back in 2005.
The did one of those 4 episodes a night deals.
Now when the show originally aired it went off the air in a strange way, it was pre-empted one week, then announced the time slot would change, then we never heard of it again.
They originally aired something like 9 episodes.
Turns out there were actually 13 episodes shot. And the last 4 were never shown.
And Sci-Fi was going to show the "missing" 4 episodes.
Of course Sci-Fi made no mention of this on their website or their ads.
I just happened to tivo all the episodes and as I am watching number 10 I realize I never saw it before.
I had to search the web to realize the last 4 episodes were never shown and I, luckily, have them
Another reason the SciFi network sucks.

I hate it when they stop airing crappy shows and then don't show all of the episodes that I didn't want to watch in the first place. oh wait...

Nothing worth watching on that station except for Battlestar (and Dr. Who I suppose). I don't understand how that channel stays alive. Must be their original movies. Oh wait...

Let's see.. Stargate SG-1? Canceled. Farscape? Canceled. Firefly? Canceled.

Yep, let's cancel our best shows, but put utter crap on the air (Scare Tactics, et al). There's a good business model...

You know what I hate? How Sci-fi puts movies that have a similiar storyline to movies that have just been released in theaters or out on DVD. I mean, what is wrong with you people?

So, SciFi puts up 4 never before aired episodes of a television show you enjoyed...and that means they suck. Impeccable logic there.

I wish there were more of us.

Let's cuddle and reminisce of the potential that Inara and Kaylee would have "sideways" each other.

It's enough hotness to make me gay, if you can fatham that.

Firefly was Fox.

Farscape has 4 seasons. That's not too bad.

SG-1 has been on for 10 SEASONS!! That's a long time for a show.

why does that suck they showed 4 eps you've never seen before and you got to watch them. sounds pretty damn cool to me.

If you ever dared venture into P&N, you'd know that this type of crybaby logic is the OP's specialty.

Of course the actress who played Inara showed up in SG-1 as that child of the Ori, and now that's been cancelled. BTW, yeah, 10 seasons is a lot, but the fact is that they did a decent job of reinventing the show and coming up with a completely new storyline, enough to keep the fans interested. I think Atlantis is a notch better though.
