I turn on my turn signal once a day - on some days. The rest of the time, there are no other cars in sight.

I'm pretty much annoyed by anyone who doesn't use a turn signal. It shows a complete lack of respect for other drivers on the road, and takes all of maybe half a second to actually do.

Then again, I'm annoyed by lots of things many people seem to do while in their cars.
