Why the hell wont it run faster than 850?

I have a Duron 800 and I have it unlocked but it wont run over 8.5*100, I have it at 103*8.5 but its kind of shaky, its in win2k, havent tested it in WinME yet, I've tried core volts at 1.600 to 1.650
BTW its a FIC AZ11E

Pump up the voltage a little.

Yeah, I agree. I have my my 700@950 duron at 1.8 volts, and many run it at 1.85. Just keep an eye on the temps.
