Why the HELL is UPS so flippin' SLOW!! **UPDATE** NOT AGAIN...IDIOTS!!!

I order from NewEgg which uses Fedex on Monday afternoon and my stuff gets here Wednesday afternoon using the cheapest shipping.

I ordered an SD card from Buy.com last Monday and it ground shipped Tuesday...OK, I can understand that. But look at the UPS tracking on it:

If you think that's bad, I've had horrible luck with Fedex Ground.

7, 10 business day times aren't uncommon.

Btw, there is no 3 day guaranteed air.

Fedex Express Saver is 3-4 days.
UPS 3 Day Select is a ground service.

"Billing Information Received" = UPS shipping label has been paid for. This does not mean the package has been shipped out. From your tracking info, it looks like it was shipped out the 6th. UPS takes 5 business days to ship a package from CA to NC. So, that means the package should be there tomorrow.

I always get good ship times with FedEx or UPS. The thing that pisses me off about both of them is even if it is signature confimation they just leave it on the doorstep. Luckily nothing has been stolen yet.
