Why the hell is Splinter Cell's ending so hard to beat..

Coming down the elevator i just get raped.

Tried many things, but it's like 3 bullets from those guys and your fried.

I finished it months ago so can't really remember which bit you are talking about. But I remember the bit where I was cornered in the slaughter house...must've took 100 attempts to get past that damn part!

As soon as the elevator opens run towards the staircase and then behind the book shelfs. Once you're there you'll see a passage way, enter it. At that point you can either hang around and pick off the guys as they come after you or you can walk down the passage to the basement area.

To the righht of the stiars? That seems to be where a few are hiding out and just destroying me..

I beat in on Xbox and had trouble with it. I'd say it wouldnt be a problem for me to beat it with mouse support. Anyway on Xbox I used the smoke/gas(can't remember) grenade to stun them and as they was dazed I would shoot them. I had to use 2 total I think. Wait till you get to the next room where a bunch of ops come in and you have to run past them without getting shot.

I really wasnt any help since its been so long since I beat it. I beat it back in Dec so this was way before it was released on anything else.
