I ordered some blank shipping labels over two weeks ago, they ship them UPS Ground, yet i have yet to recieve anything.....

Why the heck does it take some some ebayers so freaking long to send things? Whenever i sell something here or on ebay, its either shipping the day it sells, or the next morning.

2-3 days is acceptable for me if they are a big seller.

If the item won is the only thing being sold, I expect same day or next day

Some people work 9:00-5:00, Monday - Friday. Coincidentally, those are the hours the post office is open.

Most people can't just skip work for an hour to drive to the post office, wait in line, and drive back just so that you can get your $3 shipping labels. So, they wait till they've sold a few things and can take it all at once, or they go on thier next day off.

Selling things online is also making a commitment. I ship packages next day on my lunch break.

I can understand 2-3 days, but its been 2 weeks! C'mon now, i know people have to work, but if they are that buzy they shouldnt be selling crap online.

Yes, it's a commitment to ship the item. It's not a commitment to ship the item in the next 24 hours. Most people don't mind if they have to wait until the end of the week before thier item is shipped. Hell ,they had to wait 7 days to win it in the first place, what's a couple more days?

Has it not shipped, or just not arrived?

I think 2 weeks is excessive even for a casual Ebayer like me, but it does bother me when people get pissed that you didn't ship it same day or next day. If you want to pay me $50k so I don't have to work my "real" job, then I'll be more than happy to stand in the post office checking on my cellphone for your payment to come through so that I can hand it over to the clerk within minutes of receiving payment.

Until then, I don't think it's discourteous to get the item shipped within 72 hours.

Most of you guys don't even use shipping label on paypal or stamps.com
Their so convenient! you can drop them in your mailbox or at the post office dropbox
as long it fits 12' x 6' 1/2
Since you are a trusted mailer, more then 1lbs dropoff violation does not apply!!@#$
The clerks hate people who mail little thing that are much hassle to them, now I can see why they have such an attitude toward most people who could otherwise save $$$ plus have the convenient of not waiting in line for most small items

Talk to all the people that think ebay is just a joke / not real and you aren't entitled to good service.

Many think profit on ebay is limited to a buck here and there as well. There are quite a few heavy hitters making more on ebay than they do in their successful stores.

I will usually ask on an item I really need to have when it's going to ship if I buy it now and / or if I ride it out.
