Why the heck do I keep getting this "Ads Disabled" message in my IE6?

For some reason, ever since I updated to IE6, some webpages I visit will load just fine and then a few seconds later refresh to a bland screen with the words "Ads Disabled" in the top left corner.

Anyone know what's causing this & how I can make it stop?
